Your wallet will get recharged in 2 to 5 minutes.
After successfully recharging your wallet, Go the “Purchase Gift” section in the Navigation Bar. Click on it and a popup will appear asking you few details like “Receiver Name” and “Amount”. Once submitted, an Unique 6 digit number, with the receiver's name will be added to your account. You can now send the Gifting details to the “Receiver” through Wapp or Email.
To redeem your Cloud Gifting card, simply visit the "Redeem" section on our website, enter your unique gift card code, and your balance will be added to your Cloud Gifting wallet. With no expiry, no platform restrictions, and complete flexibility, your gift is yours to use the way you want!
To shop using Cloud Gifting, simply visit the "Product Purchase" section on our website and fill in the required details, including the product link. Once you submit the request, we’ll verify the product price and send you a confirmation. Upon your approval, the amount will be deducted from your Cloud Gifting wallet, and the order will be placed on your behalf. Your product will then be delivered directly by the respective platform. Enjoy the freedom to shop from any platform, without restrictions, expiry dates, or limitations!
You can easily track your Cloud Gifting gifts by navigating to the "Wallet" section on our website. Use the filter options to set a timeframe and select the transaction type (Gift Received / Purchased) to view detailed records. Your transaction history will display key details such as date, sender/receiver name, amount, and transaction status. This ensures full transparency, allowing you to monitor your gift card activity effortlessly!
We Don't Charge anything both from creator and receiver.
If you order a product a today, it will be executed on the same business day before 10 PM. If you order something after 10 PM, it will be executed on the next business day at 8 AM.
Yes. You can use it offline anywhere for any purpose of shopping. But, in that case you have to let us know prior having the product / service. Our executive will ensure faster, easier and smoother redemption. Like, you have Shopping Gift worth 10000 INR and you want to spend it in a hotel. It’s super simple. Just let us know and we will make payment to the hotel for you.
No, you can not cancel any order. In case of emergency, you can mail us at support@cloudgifting.com.
No & Yes. We generally don’t provide Physical Card, but in case of bulk order (20 or more), we provide custom-designed cards for extra charge, as per the customization.
